Stawberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2/3 cups Milk Chilled
- 2/3 cups Greek yogurt Pot set will give you the pro biotics
- 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 tbsp Natural vanilla extra
- Honey, Argave Syrup or Maple Syrup to sweeten

If increasing your Protein is important – swap the Greek yogurt with Cottage Cheese. I know it sounds a little unappealing but it will taste the same but give you a massive 17gs of protein compared to 8 grams in the Greek Yogurt and make it ultra creamyTo make this dairy free – swap milk and yogurt with coconut milk and coconut yogurt
